4.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on ber100. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and these Terms. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update any details that change. ber100 cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information, including failed withdrawal transactions due to incorrect payment details.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ber100 login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share access to your account with any third party. ber100 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC)
ber100 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents at any time, including but not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or UMID card. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds require completed KYC verification before processing.
5.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit on ber100 is ₱20. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your ber100 Wallet in Philippine Peso. ber100 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment account used must match your registered ber100 account name.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. ber100 processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within approximately 15 minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Bank transfers are subject to the processing schedules of BPI, BDO, and Metrobank respectively.
5.3 Currency
All transactions on ber100 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ber100 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines, ber100 monitors all financial transactions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the ber100 platform without prior written consent. The ber100 name and logo are trademarks of ber100 and may not be used without authorisation.
ber100's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ber100, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
